Outdoor Games & Adventure Day
An exciting afternoon of outdoor games and activities for current and prospective Cub Scouts and their families. Current Cub Scouts are encouraged to invite a friend to explore the world of Scouting!
Who Can Attend:
Boys and girls in grades K through 5 are welcome to join. All Scouting members are encouraged to attend, with activities tailored specifically for Cub Scout age groups. Family participation is highly encouraged, so siblings can join in the fun. Any youth participants (ages 5 to 17) are required to pay a $10.00 registration fee, while adults attend for free.
Activities Include:
Launching water bottle rockets
Two archery ranges
Rock-skipping on the Salt Fork River
Cubs on Wheels: pedal cars for young drivers
Sports games and a soccer challenge
Hiking on campsite trails
BB Gun shooting with various targeting options

Fall Pow Wow
Order of the Arrow Fall Pow Wow
All members of the Order of the Arrow are invited to join us for the Fall Pow Wow at Camp Drake. Enjoy a weekend filled with fun activities, inspiring ceremonies, service projects, and fellowship with your fellow Brothers in the Brotherhood of Cheerful Service. Illini Lodge has planned a variety of creative sporting events, with large-scale challenges as the highlight. The Saturday evening supper will feature a grand banquet experience for all Arrowmen.
What to Bring:
Tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, ground sheet, flashlight
Weather-appropriate clothing (the event is rain or shine)
Full Scout uniform and OA sash for the supper and ceremonies
Work clothes and gloves for Saturday morning service projects
Active wear for Saturday afternoon events and games
Toiletries, towel, money, pen, paper, knife, watch
Meals Provided:
Saturday: Breakfast, lunch, and supper
Sunday: Breakfast
Two evening Crackerbarrels will offer snacks after the OA ceremonies each night.
Event Costs:
The event fee (additional cost for cabin accommodation) covers weekend activities, meals, and program expenses.
Brotherhood Candidates will pay an additional fee for their new sash during the ceremonial.
Ordeal Candidates are only required to pay the Ceremonial fee for the weekend (no event fee).
The Order of the Arrow Trading Post will be open, offering lodge souvenirs, shirts, hats, and patches.
Check-In:
Begins Friday at 6:00 PM in the Training Center
Camping will take place in designated campsites.

2024 National Order of the Arrow Conference
NOAC 2024 will be held at the University of Colorado Boulder from July 29 to August 3, 2024! The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) is the flagship national Order of the Arrow event. It is held every two years at a major university campus and is attended by as many as 8,000 Arrowmen from all 50 states. It is second only to the BSA National Jamboree in size and scope.
2024 Winter Banquet
The 2024 Illini Lodge Winter Banquet will be held Saturday, January 13th, 2024, at the Beef House in Covington, IN. This celebration of the Brotherhood of Cheerful Service will provide fun fellowship for all lodge members and their guests. Recognition of exceptional efforts in leadership will be the focal point for the day. The cost for the event will be $30.00 per person. A $5.00 discount is available for family groups of three or more, so register together for a $25.00 per person fee.
Please pay attention to the dates for registration for the 2024 Winter Banquet. Remember that all reservations must be accompanied by payment and there will be no walk-ins accepted at the door. Please note that the Raymond Lee Scout Service Center will be closed starting December 25th through January 2 for year-end inventory purposes. The final day to pay in person at the regular fee is Friday, Jan. 5. Any fees paid after January 5 will be charged a $5.00 late fee for a cost of $35.00 per person. Council staff members will be in the office from Dec. 27th to 29th to accept payments at (217) 356-7291, ext. 6443.

2023 Holiday Party & LLD
Join your fellow arrowmen for a time of growth and brotherhood! The event will start off with LLD, a wonderful chance to get trained on any and all things OA. Immediately following LLD will be the Holiday Party, the most fun you could ever have with a white elephant gift exchange. Lunch will be provided!
